What Is PGAD Syndrome?

Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder, known as PGAD Syndrome is an unusual disorder, in which the person affected is in a constant state of arousal. PGAD Syndrome is misunderstood, and sometimes trivialized because there are many that cannot relate, and do not understand how this could be a problem. As far as arousal is concerned, long term constant arousal can actually cause discomfort, pain, and distress. A PGAD Syndrome episode seems to be brought on for no apparent reason, and can even result in climax, which often times will not end the symptoms of arousal. In worst cases, an individual suffering from PGAD Syndrome may not be able to leave home, for fear of embarrassment.
